You can delete your AP LandGrid account and the data linked to it at any time. You don't need an account to browse maps, so if you never signed in, there is no account to delete.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app
- Open the AP LandGrid app and sign in.
- Tap Profile in the bottom bar.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is closed straight away.
Option 2: Ask us by email
If you can't open the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you signed in with, so we can confirm the account is yours. We complete requests within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in details, name, username, email address and phone number
- Your profile picture
- Surveys, measurements and pins backed up to your account
- Your land-for-sale listings and their photos
- Any reels, comments and likes you posted
What we keep, and for how long
- Order records for village maps and other purchases are kept for accounting and tax purposes, with the link to your identity removed.
- Anonymous usage and crash statistics that cannot identify you may be kept to keep the app working well.
